Uk university applications declining due to rise in tuition fees

According to the UK guardian, the number of students applying to UK universities this autumn has declined drastically. This is according to Ucas figures which show a 7% drop in applications from English students compared with 2010.

However, this decline is particular to English and EU citizens students. Applications made by non-EU students have been increasing on a yearly basis since 2009.
Students university applications can be submitted on or before 30 June 2013.
